The friendly team at Highview Apartments look forward to welcoming you.

Our Daily Manager Jade Errington comes to join the team from a background in Boutique Bed and Breakfast.  With her local knowledge and professional approach she will be sure to make you feel welcome.

Our Housekeeping team led by Lenny do an outstanding effort every day making certain the rooms and complex is looking its best so that our wonderful guests can enjoy their time here in our Alpine playground.

Our Marketing is taken care of by Carlyn Topp who is very passionate about the area after spending the majority of ten years racing backwards and forwards from Christchurch then coming to live in this wonderful alpine resort town a little over 14 years ago. Carlyn travels to Australia and throughout New Zealand regularly visiting members of the travel industry letting them know what exciting things are happening in Queenstown and the upgrades that are constantly being undertaken at Highview Apartments so she is aware of the trends and changes happening within our exciting industry. Carlyn also sits on the boards of Destination Queenstown and Hospitality New Zealand helping voice the accommodation sectors issues and concerns.

Lindsey Topp is our other “Big Boss” who prefers to stay in the background and crunch the figures while juggling other business interests.

We have a wide range of staff from South America, Europe and the UK. If you see any of the team about the place during your stay please do feel welcome to say “Hi” and ask them for anything you need to make your stay more pleasurable, your great holiday experience is what we strive for and want to see you as a return guest.
